These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Côte DeMa website.

2. Orders and Acceptance

Once you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. The contract between you and Côte DeMa is formed when the order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if products are unavailable, payments cannot be authorised, pricing errors occur, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. Payments

We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other debit or credit cards. Payments are processed securely and may be subject to verification checks.

4. Security

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect payment and personal data.

5. Website Use

This website is intended for personal use only. Commercial use without permission is prohibited.

6. Changes to Terms

Côte DeMa reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Consumer Cancellation Rights

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

If the order has already been dispatched, the customer must return the goods in accordance with the Côte DeMa Returns & Refund Policy.

Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

This cancellation policy does not affect the customer's statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must contact Côte DeMa within 48 hours of delivery.

Where a fault or error is confirmed, Côte DeMa will offer one of the following remedies in accordance with applicable consumer law:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Repair of the item (where possible)
  • Full refund

Côte DeMa may request photographic evidence of the issue before processing the claim.

Refund Processing

Once returned items have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Please note that payment processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party courier services.

Côte DeMa is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete at the time of ordering.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

If a courier confirms that an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the

customer, Côte DeMa cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been confirmed.

Customers may need to contact the courier directly to investigate delivery issues.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Côte DeMa website, including but not limited to:

  • logos
  • product designs
  • photographs
  • graphics
  • text
  • branding

is the intellectual property of Côte DeMa and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Côte DeMa.

Fraud Prevention

Côte DeMa reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or delay orders that appear suspicious or fraudulent.

Additional verification may be required before processing certain transactions to ensure the security of customers and the business.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Côte DeMa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Condition of Returned Items

All items returned to Côte DeMa must be in their original, unused and saleable condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Items must not be worn, washed, altered, damaged, or show signs of use, including but not

limited to:

  • Marks or stains
  • Odours such as perfume, deodorant, smoke, or cosmetics
  • Damage to fabric or stitching
  • Missing tags or packaging

Côte DeMa reserves the right to refuse returns or reduce the refund amount if the item is returned in a condition that suggests it has been worn, used, or otherwise altered after delivery.

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. This policy is intended to prevent misuse of the returns process, including the practice commonly known as “wardrobing”, where items are worn temporarily and returned after use.

Return Shipping Deadline

Customers who wish to return an item must notify Côte DeMa within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Returns & Refund Policy.

Once a return has been approved, the item must be dispatched back to Côte DeMa within 7 days of the return being authorised.

If the returned item is not sent within this timeframe, Côte DeMa reserves the right to refuse the return or refund.

All returned items must meet the conditions outlined in the Returns Policy, including being in their original and saleable condition.

Chargeback and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Côte DeMa directly to resolve any issues relating to an order before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with their bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider.

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated after the order has been delivered and the goods have not been returned in accordance with the Côte DeMa Returns & Refund Policy, Côte DeMa reserves the right to provide proof of delivery and relevant transaction details to the payment provider to contest the dispute.

Customers who intentionally initiate fraudulent chargebacks may have their accounts restricted or future orders refused.

Nothing in this clause limits the customer’s legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Pricing and Product Errors

While we make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and images displayed on the Côte DeMa website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

If we discover an error in the price or description of a product that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either:

  • reconfirm your order at the correct price, or
  • cancel your order and receive a full refund.

If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and any payment received will be refunded in full.

Côte DeMa reserves the right to cancel orders where pricing or product information errors have occurred.

Right to Refuse Service

Côte DeMa reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.

This may include, but is not limited to, situations where:

  • we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
  • products are unavailable
  • there are errors in product or pricing information
  • a customer has previously abused our returns policy.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account on the Côte DeMa website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Côte DeMa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are suspected of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
