Refund policy

Customers may return items within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund, provided the items are returned in their original, unused and saleable condition with all packaging and tags.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must ensure items are securely packaged and safely returned using a tracked or insured service.

Côte DeMa reserves the right to refuse refunds if items are not returned in their original condition.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
